A: All relevant fields must be completed and spell checked. You may have used inappropriate language

Q5: I have seen an offensive comment or I have seen a comment with my name in it and I have not consented. What do I do?

A: You may submit a complaint via the checkbox icon under the comment and we will investigate.

Q6: My comment appears to be duplicated. Why is this?

A: A comment will be duplicated if the submit button on the form is pressed more than once. Please inform PeachorLemon by clicking on the checkbox underneath the duplicated comment and we will investigate.

Q8: I cannot find the specific car that I am searching for. Why?

A: A comment has not been submitted on that car or may have been submitted under the category of "Others".

Pre 1st December 2004 comments had been inputted manually and therefore may not be located by the search function as they have not been prepared on the relevant forms. Try to browse all comments.

Q9: I am trying to sell my car but I cannot view the picture I have attached. Why?

A: We only accept pictures in JPEG form. Photographs from digital cameras are normally in JPEG format. If not, you could use any paint or graphics software to convert your images to JPEG.

Q10: I have a problem with my car and wish to ask a question. What should I do?

A: Click on Q & A forum on the homepage and post your question to be replied to by a member of the public. Please note that PeachorLemon are not responsible for the content in the forum and users should proceed at their own risk.

Q11: My car is a new or foreign car that is not listed. What should I do?

A: Select 'Other' as the field in the comments form when submitting. We will be updating periodically all new categories of cars that are entered.
